A: ALDI offers butcher cuts without the butcher costs. The cut of meat is the same and the cuts are packaged to maintain peak freshness, thereby eliminating the need for a butcher. Quality is at the forefront of our focus, including how we go to market with fresh meat. Rather than having our stores unpackage the meat and cut it into smaller pieces and then repackage it for sale, we forgo the butcher counter and instead work directly with our suppliers to have them cut and package our meat to our exact specifications within their facilities. This ensures our product is packaged consistently at peak freshness. By doing this we can offer the highest quality product at the best possible prices.
