Spicy Chili Lime Cashew Dip

Prep Time:  10 minutes   |    Total Time:  10  minutes   |    Servings:  8 (2 tablespoons per serving)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup  Southern Grove  Chili Lime Cashews
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • Stonemill  Iodized Salt, to taste
  • Stonemill  Ground Black Pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. In a food processor, puree the cashews until smooth.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper

Tip: Serve with bell peppers, grape tomatoes or exotic vegetable chips.
