Sweet Potato Fries

Prep Time:  15 minutes   |    Cook Time:  17 minutes   |    Total Time:  32 minutes   |    Servings:  4

Ingredients:

  • 4 sweet potatoes, cut into ¼-inch sticks
  • 2 tablespoons  Carlini  Pure Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon  Baker’s Corner  Corn Starch*
  • 1 tablespoon  Stonemill  Garlic Powder
  • 1 tablespoon  Stonemill  Onion Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon  Stonemill  Crushed Red Pepper
  • ½ teaspoon  Stonemill  Iodized Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon  Stonemill  Ground Black Pepper

Directions:                                   

  1. Preheat oven to 500°.
  2. Place sweet potatoes in medium bowl. Add oil, toss until potatoes are evenly coated. Add corn starch, toss until completely coated.
  3. In a small bowl, combine spices. Sprinkle over potatoes, toss to ensure even coating.
  4. On a baking sheet, spread potatoes in a single layer. Bake for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, flip fries and bake for an additional 7 minutes or until crisp.
