Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Brownie S'mores Slow Cooker Cake

Ingredients:
- 15 ounces liveGfree Gluten-Free Yellow Cake Mix
- 3 Goldhen Large Eggs
- 1/2 cup Carlini Vegetable Oil
- 2/3 cup Friendly Farms 1% Milk
- Carlini Cooking Spray
- 1/2 cup Peanut Delight Creamy Peanut Butter, melted
- 1 cup Baker’s Corner Real Semi Sweet Morsels
- 8 liveGfree Gluten-Free Double Chocolate Brownie Soft Baked Cookies, crumbled
- 1 cup Baker’s Corner Miniature Marshmallows
Directions:
- In a large bowl, mix cake mix, eggs, oil and milk.
- Coat slow cooker with cooking spray and pour in batter.
- Pour in melted peanut butter and swirl to incorporate.
- Set slow cooker to low and cook for 2 hours.
- Sprinkle morsels, cookies and marshmallows on top.
- Cook for an additional hour. Serve warm with your favorite ice cream.
