Lucky Mint Milkshake

Feeling lucky? Well, if you're in the mood for a sweet and refreshing treat, you'll want to try this lucky mint milkshake recipe, compliments of the ALDI Test Kitchen! This creamy and delicious milkshake is perfect for any occasion, especially around St. Patrick’s Day, and it's quick and easy to make.

To get started, you'll need a blender and the following ingredients: 48 oz. mint chocolate chip ice cream, 1 ½ cups whole milk or Irish cream, 1 cup of brewed and chilled roast coffee, ½ cup whipped cream and chocolate syrup to taste.

Once you've gathered your ingredients, it's time to blend everything together. Simply add the ice cream, Irish cream (or milk), and chilled coffee to the blender. Pulse until everything is fully blended and smooth. You can adjust the consistency by adding more milk or ice cream as needed.

Next, divide the mixture between four glasses. Top each shake with two tablespoons of whipped topping (or as much as your happy heart desires) and drizzle with chocolate syrup to taste. You can use a spoon to swirl the syrup into the shake or let it sit on top for a beautiful presentation.

The result is a delicious and refreshing lucky mint milkshake that's perfect for sharing with friends and family. The mint chocolate chip ice cream pairs perfectly with the rich and creamy Irish cream and coffee, and the whipped topping and chocolate syrup take this milkshake to the next level.

This recipe makes four servings, so it's great for a small get-together or a fun family treat. The prep time is only seven minutes, so you can whip up this milkshake in no time. It's the perfect drink for a warm summer day or anytime you're in the mood for something sweet and refreshing.

If you want to add a little extra luck to your day, give this lucky mint milkshake a try. You won't be disappointed!
