Greek Chicken Zoodle Salad

Ingredients:
- 1 zucchini
- ¼ cup Specially Selected Greek Dressing
- 6 ounces Kirkwood Grilled Chicken Strips, chopped
- ¼ cup quartered cherry tomatoes
- ¼ cup diced cucumber
- ¼ cup Emporium Selection Feta Cheese Crumbles
- Stonemill Iodized Salt, to taste
- Stonemill Ground Black Pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Using a spiralizer, create “noodles” from the zucchini. Toss with remaining ingredients and season to taste with salt and pepper.
