Smoked Salmon Flatbread

Ingredients:
- 1 Specially Selected Garlic Naan Bread
- 2 teaspoons Priano Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Emporium Selection Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 3 tablespoons Happy Farms Soft Spread Cream Cheese, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ½ cup Little Salad Bar Flat Leaf Spinach, thinly sliced
- 1 ½ ounces Specially Selected Cold Smoked Salmon, cut into strips
- 1 teaspoon chopped dill, plus additional to taste
- 1 tablespoon diced red onion
- Stonemill Sea Salt Grinder, to taste
- Stonemill Black Peppercorn Grinder, to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- Place naan on a baking sheet. Brush with oil and sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake for 10 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, lemon zest and juice until smooth.
- Evenly spread the cream cheese on top of the naan.
- Top with spinach, smoked salmon, dill and red onion. Season with freshly ground sea salt and pepper to taste. Cut and serve. Add additional dill to taste.
