Smoked Salmon Flatbread

Prep Time:  10 minutes   |    Cook Time:  10 minutes   |    Total Time:  20 minutes   |    Servings:  2

Ingredients:

  • 1  Specially Selected  Garlic Naan Bread
  • 2 teaspoons Priano  Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Emporium Selection  Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 3 tablespoons  Happy Farms  Soft Spread Cream Cheese, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ cup  Little Salad Bar  Flat Leaf Spinach, thinly sliced
  • 1 ½ ounces  Specially Selected  Cold Smoked Salmon, cut into strips
  • 1 teaspoon chopped dill, plus additional to taste
  • 1 tablespoon diced red onion
  • Stonemill  Sea Salt Grinder, to taste
  • Stonemill  Black Peppercorn Grinder, to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. Place naan on a baking sheet. Brush with oil and sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake for 10 minutes.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, lemon zest and juice until smooth.
  4. Evenly spread the cream cheese on top of the naan.
  5. Top with spinach, smoked salmon, dill and red onion. Season with freshly ground sea salt and pepper to taste. Cut and serve. Add additional dill to taste.
