Add in the zest of one lime to infuse the dressing with a burst of citrusy aroma. To elevate the flavors, include 1 tablespoon each of minced ginger and minced garlic, which will add a delightful depth to the dressing. For a savory touch, mix in 2 tablespoons of reduced sodium soy sauce, and for a creamy richness, add ¼ cup of creamy almond butter. To add some heat, sprinkle in ½ teaspoon each of crushed red pepper and sea salt.
Once the dressing is whisked together in a medium bowl, it's time to move on to the colorful array of vegetables that make this salad truly special. In a large bowl, combine the cooked and chilled angel hair pasta with the dressing, along with ¼ cup of chopped cilantro for a burst of fresh herbiness.
