Summer Spinach Salad

Ingredients:
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 1 orange, zested and supremed, divided
- 1/2 cup Specially Selected House Italian Vinaigrette Dressing;
- 5 ounces Simply Nature Organic Baby Spinach
- 1 1/2 cups cooked Simply Nature Organic Quinoa
- 1/2 cup pitted, halved cherries
- 1 cup quartered strawberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries;
- 1/3 cup diced red onions
- 1/2 cup Southern Grove Chopped Pecans, toasted
- 2 ounces Emporium Selection Original Goat Cheese Crumbles
Directions:
- In a large bowl whisk together the lemon zest, lemon juice, orange zest and vinaigrette.
- Add remaining ingredients and toss together. Allow to sit for 5 minutes before serving.
