Walking Tacos
Prep Time: 20 minutes | Cook Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 35 minutes | Servings: 6
Ingredients:
- 1 pound Simply Nature Organic Grass Fed 93% Lean Ground Beef
- 1 bag Clancy’s Nacho Cheese Tortilla Chips
- ½ cup Happy Farms Colby Jack Shredded Cheese
- 1 ounce Casa Mamita Taco Mix
- ½ cup Season’s Choice Steamable Sweet Corn, cooked per package
- ½ cup Dakota’s Pride Black Beans
- ½ cup Friendly Farms Light Sour Cream
- ½ head iceberg lettuce, diced
- 2 roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 avocado, diced
Garnish with:
- Park Street Deli Guacamole
- Casa Mamita Salsa
Directions:
- Brown ground beef in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Drain any grease. Add taco seasoning mix and prepare according to package instructions.
- Drain black beans and add to meat mixture.
- Cook steamable corn per package instructions and add to meat mixture.
- Dice the lettuce, tomatoes and avocado and set aside.
- Open the nacho cheese tortilla bags and top with meat mixture. Add additional toppings and garnishes.
- Eat with Fritos Scoops! Enjoy!
